Below are some images that show the progression of my board game. This is how I vacuum formed my MDF moulds.

I had to use a glue as my MDF mould would get stuck in the plastic due to how deep it was . By doing this it makes the mould slippery so it falls out the plastic easier.

My next step will be to make a card tray which the moulds will fit into.
